p99com Terms & Conditions

To register and use p99com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. p99com enforces strict age verification. Providing false age information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, and automated systems may not register accounts on p99com.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on p99com. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be accessing p99com from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a p99com employee where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

p99com reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport — at any stage of registration or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Registration on p99com constitutes your representation and warranty that all eligibility conditions are and will remain satisfied during your use of the platform.

Each Player is responsible for the security and activity of their p99com account. The following rules apply to account management:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p99com Login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• p99com will never request your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to p99com support immediately.
• You must notify p99com support without delay if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• p99com recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via Pakistani mobile OTP to add an additional layer of security to your account.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more — may be classified as dormant. p99com will provide advance notice before any administrative fees are applied to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable policy.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting p99com customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method used, subject to completed KYC verification.

p99com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity is occurring, or that the integrity of the platform is at risk.

All financial transactions on p99com are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are published on the platform's Banking page and are subject to change.
• Deposits are typically credited to the PKR Wallet instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. p99com is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile money provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Banking page. p99com will return funds only to a payment method that has been previously verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Withdrawal eligibility requires that KYC verification is complete, that the deposit source has cleared, and that any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• p99com does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any fees charged by a Player's bank or mobile wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• p99com operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to additional scrutiny, documentation requests, or delays where AML checks are triggered. p99com reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• p99com does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

p99com offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the multiple by which bonus funds (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotion period will be forfeited automatically.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, Andar Bahar, Lucky Bingo, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates as specified per promotion.
• p99com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for the withdrawal of a promotion.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms through irregular betting patterns, hedging, or any other method constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of the account.
• A Player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Combining promotions is only permitted where explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on p99com, whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, or sports betting markets:

• All wagers must be placed using real-money funds or eligible bonus funds held within the Player's PKR Wallet. Wagers cannot be placed on credit.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the p99com system, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player.
• All casino games on p99com — including Andar Bahar, Sic Bo, Lucky Bingo, slot games, and live dealer tables — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages.
• For sports betting markets including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sporting events: markets are offered subject to availability. p99com reserves the right to suspend betting on any market, void any bet, or delay settlement where the integrity of an event is in doubt or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and are subject to change at p99com's discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game session — including disconnection from live dealer tables — p99com's system records will be the definitive reference for determining the state of the game and any resulting settlement. p99com's decision in such matters is final.
• p99com reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or placed in breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p99com. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating, operating, or using multiple accounts (whether in the same name or different names) on the p99com platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with p99com games, sports betting markets, or any other platform feature.
• Collusion with other Players, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with betting markets offered on p99com.
• Using p99com as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the p99com platform, its software, or its infrastructure in any way.
• Accessing p99com from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, or assisting others in doing so via VPN or proxy services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p99com staff or other Players through any communication channel.

p99com reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account closure and legal action, without prior notice to the Player.

All content on the p99com platform — including but not limited to the p99com brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, source code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of p99com or its licensed content providers.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the p99com platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of any p99com content without prior written consent from p99com.
• The p99com name and logo may not be used in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation from p99com.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to p99com may be used by p99com without any obligation of compensation or attribution to the Player.

Violation of p99com's intellectual property rights may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable Pakistani and international intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p99com's total liability to any Player in connection with use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their PKR Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• p99com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the p99com platform.
• p99com does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond p99com's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.
• p99com is not responsible for any telecommunications or internet connectivity failures on the Player's side that result in disrupted gameplay or missed betting opportunities.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by p99com's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.

Players acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent risk and that p99com cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a natural result of gameplay, regardless of the amount.

p99com is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies form part of p99com's responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period before it comes into force.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose over a defined period. Loss limits are enforced at the account level across all games and betting markets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to notify them when they have been actively playing for a defined period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is out of control may request self-exclusion from p99com. Self-exclusion periods of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, p99com will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to the account and will not send promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: p99com may display on-screen notifications during extended play sessions to remind Players of the time elapsed and funds wagered.
• Age Verification: p99com enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all account registrations. Age verification checks are conducted during the registration process and may be repeated at any time.

Either party may terminate the agreement constituted by these Terms as follows:

• By the Player: A Player may close their account at any time by contacting p99com customer support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding withdrawal conditions.
• By p99com: p99com may suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) p99com reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) the Player has registered from a prohibited jurisdiction; (d) p99com is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; or (e) p99com ceases to offer services in the relevant market.
• Upon termination for cause attributable to the Player, p99com reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, p99com may forfeit the relevant funds.
• Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which p99com operates its international gaming licence. p99com operates in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulatory frameworks.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and p99com that cannot be resolved through p99com's internal complaints process, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration conducted in English, prior to initiating any court proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Players accessing p99com from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. p99com makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims any liability arising from a Player's decision to access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so may be restricted.

p99com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p99com will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of p99com following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If a Player does not agree with the amended Terms, they must cease using p99com and may close their account in accordance with the Termination clause above.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date shall govern all activity on the platform. Prior versions may be requested from p99com support for reference purposes.
